Rafael Pineyro moved to the United States at the age of 15; since then, and for 18 years has lived in this great nation, where he has had opportunities to prepare professionally and build a beautiful family. For more than 12 years, he has dedicated himself to social-community services and public administration.
Rafael completed his high school studies in Miami Coral Park Senior High, went to Miami Dade College and later to the Florida International University, successfully completing the Public Administration Career, while he began his public life in Miami-Dade County.
In addition, Rafael earned a master’s degree in Psychology from Lipscomb University and worked for a General Sessions Judge in Williamson County, complementing his training within the legal sector and social reintegration programs.
Rafael is the only one who has worked as Chief of Staff for two different administrations in the City of Doral and It is with this wonderful experience that he presented his resignation last August 2017 to file his candidacy for the seat # 4 of the Doral City Council.
Now, thanks to the support of many local residents and business owners Rafael decides to present his candidancy to the Miami Dade County Commission District 12.
Rafael is an active member of the community, has participated in organizations such as IVAC, Venezuelan Brotherhood Association, Early Learning Coalition, Kiwanis, among others.
